Our Research

Georgina was the 2023 Byera Hadley Travelling Scholarship recipient. In 2024 she travelled around the world looking at how we design for and measure wellbeing in architecture with a focus on mixed use communities and housing. These research findings are available for download here.

In 2022 Blix Architecture teamed up with the University of Sydney’s Rebecca McLaughlan to create new research into design for wellbeing. This research links our client with a university partner to create innovative research focused on a specific design challenge. In 2022 Georgina also taught a Masters of Design studio at Sydney University on Design for Wellbeing.
